We'll get to know each other through a conversation about your expertise and professional journey. This is our mutual vetting process: we'll discuss what makes your work distinctive, your creative approach, and how you collaborate with others. We'll also ask for references from people you've worked with previously, as peer recommendations often reveal the most about character. We're looking for members who not only excel in their work but actively contribute to building something meaningful together.
Our digital platform, Spectrum, launches in Beta this Autumn 2025. We're taking time to build something that serves our community's actual needs rather than rushing to market. Founding members will receive early access and help us refine the experience before our full launch.
Through introductions tailored to your expertise and ambitions. Rather than posting another generic job board, we select opportunities that genuinely align with your skills and career goals, then facilitate direct introductions. Once Spectrum launches, clients will also browse member profiles directly, but every connection remains thoughtfully facilitated to ensure quality and fit.
If professional opportunities emerge within our network organically, we don't take any fees. If a brand approaches us directly and NeueHaus facilitates the project, we apply a 10% community fee from talents and 10-25% from clients, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
Yes. While soft-launching in Berlin, we're accepting founding members from creative hubs including NYC, Amsterdam, Milan, and Mexico City. Our chapter-based approach maintains local connections while providing international reach.
